The preparation of food is directly supervised and performed by the owners, how are experienced
chefs and have always required the best for their guests. The menu lists many national dishes,
but also international and regional (Trentino) cuisine. Every week the restaurant offers the traditional
regional dinner with strangolapreti (very thick spaghetti), canederli ( kind of pasta made with bread),
polenta (dish made with corn flour)...
Emilio's accordion music and all vegetables are served in a buffet...
